Molly Gimmel
Molly is an award-winning entrepreneur known for her passionate advocacy work on behalf of women in leadership, with over 30 years of experience championing their success. As the co-founder of an award-winning firm that has supported federal agencies for over two decades, Molly knows what it takes to lead in high-stakes environments. She's a published author (“Master Your Mindset”) and the founder of the Vellamo Leadership Institute, where she empowers women to step into their leadership potential with authenticity and confidence. Whether serving as Chair of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) or representing the U.S. on the G20's W20 working group for women’s issues, Molly’s mission has always been clear: to pave the way for women to thrive in leadership roles, break barriers, and own their success stories.
Diana Dibble
Diana is an award-winning entrepreneur known for her expertise in business operations and her innovative approach to Planning for the “What If” ®. She has successfully built and scaled multiple businesses, focusing on operational strategies that drive sustainable growth. As a brain tumor survivor, she delivers motivational talks on resilience and overcoming adversity, sharing her personal journey alongside her professional insights. With a dynamic speaking style and actionable advice, Diana empowers organizations and individuals to reach their full potential.
