Because space is limited and we start tailoring the experience to each partnership right away, all registrations are non-refundable. Please make sure you and your co-founder are ready to commit before signing up.

That said, we understand that plans can unexpectedly change, and we try to accommodate our cohort attendees as best as possible. However, refunds will not be processed once the cohort materials are sent to attendees, which will be 14 days prior to the cohort start.

Transfer Option

Cohort registration for a company may be transferrable under certain conditions, provided the request is made at least 15 days before the cohort. 

Please contact us using the Contact Form at the bottom of this page and include specifics of your circumstances. Attendees are responsible for any registration cost differential between the cohorts. M&D adVentures LLC reserves the right to not transfer the registration; and transfers will not be processed once the cohort materials are sent to attendees, which will be 14 days prior to the cohort start.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If the event is canceled by us: attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future cohort.

If the event is postponed:  all registrations will be transferred to the new date automatically. Attendees will be notified by email. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund or transfer in accordance with our policy.
